Handstrap is made predominantly in 12mm and 19mm widths using a blend of recycled and virgin PP polymer and various color M/B. This is the most cost effective form of strapping and can be used with all manual, pneumatic and battery operated tools.

Standard Handstrap has a minimum breaking strain of 70kg and is suitable for light to medium loads, but can be made to whatever breaking strain is required. (subject to MOQs)

Our standard Handstrap colors are White, Black, Blue, Red ,Green and Yellow.

We manufacture a 19mm x 1000mtr LD Handstrap in Black or Blue with a tensile strength of 160kg +. We also have a Medium duty with a tensile strength of 200kg+ available in Black.

Our strapping for Fruit palletising comes in 12mm x 2000mtr Rolls and in 3 different strengths namely:

• Citrus Strap , with a Tensile strength of 120-130kg
• Fruit Strap, with a tensile strength of 140-150kg
• Pallet Strap, with a tensile strength of 160-170kg

These straps come standard in Blue, Clear, White, Red and Black.

Our strapping comes standard with a positive diamond shape embossing

We manufacture semi -auto Strapping in 9mm and 12mm widths.

Our 9mm comes standard in White and has 4000mtr on a roll. The Tensile strength is no less than 90kg.

Our 12mm comes standard in White and light Blue and in 2000mtr and 2500mtr rolls. The tensile strength is no less than 100kg

Our rolls are made to strict tolerances for trouble free operation and are suitable to use on any make of Semi auto Machines.

Any other colors can be manufactured against MOQs.

• 6mm x 5000mtr white > 60kg
• 9mm x 4000mtr white > 100kg
